DOCUMENTS FOR SALARIED:

Coapplicant with applicant mandatory for loan application

1.PAN Card - Applicant

2.Current Address proof - Applicant

3.PAN Card - Co-Applicant

4.Current Address proof - Co-Applicant

5.Salary Slips - Latest 3 months

6.Salary account statement - Last 12 months

7.Form 16. Both Part A and Part B. Assessment year 2016-17 and 2017-18

8.Salary account cheque favoring "ICICI Bank Ltd. for Loan Account of (Name of applicant as per PAN Card)

9. If Job changed within last 1 year - Joining letter of current organization and relieving letter of previous organization

10. Salary credited into bank account should match with salary on salary slip, if not - Kindly arrange a letter on company letter head providing reason for the same

11. All documents to be self attested. Signature should match signature on PAN Card

12.Loan account statement of any current running Loan

13.Aadhar card of Applicant and Co applicant

14. Bank statement and Salary slips should either have logo of Bank/Company or stamp of Bank/Company

15.Form16 should be digitally signed or should have company stamp




Documentation in home loan varies from customer profile and property status. Basically bank offers home to Salaried Individuals, Self Employed Professional and Self employed Non-Professional , NRI( Non Resident Indians)

Secondly Bank generally offers Home to such a property which is legally and Technically sound and clear .

So if you are a Salaried Individual, you have to provide the below mentioned documents to the bank.

1.Last three months salary slips

2.last two years form 16 and Income tax returns

3. Pan card and Aadhar card

4.Current Address proof

5.Bank Statement of last 6 Months of your Salary and Saving Account.

6.Loan track of your existing loans if any.

7.Property documents if finalised.

Documents Required for Self Employed Non- Professional & Self Employed Professional.

1.Last 3 years Income tax return required along with computation of Income , Balance sheet and profit and loss account.

2 Bussiness Profile, Business Address proof.

3 Bank statement of current and Saving Account for last 6 months.

4.Qualification proof in case of self Employed Professional .

Rest of the common documents remains same like I'D and address proof , loan track and property documents.

Let's come the documentation of Non Resident Indian. you have to check with the bank whether bank is providing loan in particular country before applying . As some additional documents can be asked by the bank. Below mentioned is the basic documents checklist.

1.Passport and Valid Visa copy required.

Please note Bank/ HFC also providing the Pre — approved loan facility to the the customer in case property is not finalised. Also bank/HFC may ask some more documents depends upon customer profile.

  3. Address Proof: Driving License / Registered Rent Agreement / Electricity Bill (up to 3 months old) / Passport.
  4. Employment Appointment Letter: Required if the current employment is less than 1-year old.
  5. Financial Documents:
    o Last 3 months salary slip.
    o 6 month bank statement.
    o 2 year Form 16.
  6. Property Documents: Sale deed, Khata, transfer of ownership.
  7. Advance Processing Cheque: A cancelled cheque for validation of bank account.
  8. Financial Documents:
    a. For Salaried Individual: 3 month salary slip, Form 16 and bank statementb. For Self-Employed Individual: IT returns for last 2 years along with computation of income tax for past 2 years certified by a Chartered accountantc. For Self-Employed Non- Professionals: IT returns for last 3 years along with computation of income tax for past 2 years certified by a Chartered accountant
  9. Complete Home Loan Application form duly filled.

Common documents required for a house loan.

  • Complete Home Loan Application Form with one passport size photograph.
  • Photo Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN
  • Residence Address Proof: License/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill
  • Residence Ownership Proof: Sale deed or rental agreement
  • Income Proof: salary slip, bank statement and Form 16
  • Job Continuity Proof: Appointment letter at employment and validation letter from HR
  • Bank Statement: Past 6 months’ document
  • Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership
